Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?

We ask all our store owners to ship items within 7 days of the order being placed but we do encourage them to ship within 1-2 days.

Some stores do take longer than that to process items for shipping, typically they will have a note in their FAQ section to indicate how long it is likely to take.

You will need to check the store's FAQ section for information on how long it is likely to take.

Sometimes a shop simply won't mark an item as 'shipped' even if it has been. Or they will mark it as 'shipped' but they won't send you an email to let you know.
